Fibre Horizons 2027

Fibre Horizons 2027, formerly the FTTH Conference, is Europe’s flagship event for the fibre ecosystem, organised by Fibre Council Europe and bringing together the organisations and leaders shaping Europe’s digital infrastructure.

Building on more than 20 years of the FTTH Conference, the event brings together more than 3,000 senior decision-makers from over 1,000 organisations and 100+ countries, including network operators, investors, technology vendors, policymakers and industry leaders.

The 2027 edition will focus on data centres, core, access and edge, alongside artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital resilience, security and sovereign infrastructure. Fibre Horizons provides a platform for strategic insight, real-world case studies, innovation, networking and collaboration across Europe’s digital infrastructure ecosystem.

The event will take place on 17–18 March 2027 at Allianz MiCo in Milan and is organised by Fibre Council Europe.
