TikTok fanatics are worried about how they will be able to move on after the bill to TikTok ban the Chinese application is passed. This is making Americans worry for their lives.
The bill, called Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, was passed on Wednesday in the House and received 352 affirmative votes and 65 representatives objecting.
Americans are in a state of panic, not knowing what will happen to the app, to their and the fate of their TikTok career.
The TikTok Ban
The European Commission and NATO have acted and banned the use of TikTok on their corporate phones, just like any federal government across the globe has done. Bans on TikTok have been increasing on a global scale. The TikTok ban in the US is not the first ban that the application has been facing. TikTok has been banned from several countries such as Canada, India, Jordan, Belgium, Australia, and the list goes on.
