The AI giant’s initiative aligns with broader trends of the advantages of chatbot in education using AI to provide personalized learning. Teachers could also apply adaptive tools within the classroom to better acknowledge, encourage, or remedy different learning styles and various kinds of challenges.

Customized GPTs would support students with disabilities’ reading and allow non-native speakers to access course content in languages they prefer. Despite these challenges of chatbot applications in education, Purohit was upbeat about the technology’s future. “Our models keep getting better, and our goal is to translate that progress into effective learning and teaching tools,” she said.
