On the 14th of September, it was announced by CNET that the top iPhone 15 deals from T-Mobile and Verizon require switching to their most expensive plans.

Telecom operators are no strangers to waiting for the launch of the new iPhone to start offering services to increase their revenue. And the new iPhone 15? Well, let’s just say that it can be the gift that keeps on giving, or the gift that will cost you an arm and a leg.

Humor (?) aside, come with us to have a quick look at the latest offers three of the US’ biggest telcos are offering in exchange for an approximate $1000 discount on your next new smart gadget, the iPhone 15.

What you need to know about the deals from T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T

T-Mobile will give up to $650 off any iPhone 15 model if you are on its Magenta Max plan – the carrier’s most premium unlimited data plan.

Verizon will give up to $1,000 off any iPhone 15 model also with an ‘eligible’ trade-in.

At least $130 trade-in value deal is available for AT&T’s customers.

So, for you guys wanting to get the best deal on the iPhone, you’ll need to switch to one of these carrier’s priciest plans.

At some point, some of you could feel inconvenienced with these plans due to their higher costs compared to others. But operators offer different services combined in bundle deals, like wireless, internet, TV, and home security.

Good deals are the following three examples of the telecom operators’ bundles

T-Mobile Magenta Max Bundle

  • unlimited talk
  • Unlimited text
  • Unlimited data on 5G networks
  • Netflix Standard on US
  • 40 GB of high-speed mobile hotspot data

Verizon Go5G Plus Bundle

  • unlimited talk
  • unlimited text
  • data on 5G network
  • Disney+
  • Hulu
  • ESPN+ on US
  • 50 GB of high-speed mobile hotspot data
  • 600 GB of cloud storage

All at a cost of $85 per month for one line with autopay. The upside is, this is the affordable bundle that will get you addicted to its features since it is cheaper. We know, a $5 deduction doesn’t sound all appealing but $5 can get you some stuff ,darlings! A cup of coffee on the go to indulge in while using this bundle.

AT&T Unlimited Elite Bundle

  • HBO Max on Us
  • higher speed in the mobile hotspot data of 100GB
  • 300 GB of cloud storage of a cost of $85 per month for one line with autopay.

AT&T has once again managed to offer you the most attractive bundle out of the three operators. All you need to do to reap the benefits is to be on a variety of either its recent, or older, unlimited plans – excluding its Value Plue option.

Smartphones Meeting the Criteria

Smartphones that qualify for a $1,000 discount encompass a range of options. This discount is applicable to models released in the previous year and older premium phones, such as the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Additionally, it extends to iPhones within the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series, excluding the iPhone 13 mini. Furthermore, the offer includes the Google Pixel 7 Pro and various Samsung devices, such as the Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4, S22 Ultra 5G, X Cover6 Pro, and the entire S23 line.

So many options

To sum it up for you guys, AT&T is offering the easiest iPhone 15 deal, with up to $1,000 off the phone with trade-in on all unlimited data plans. The most generous one is the Verizon iPhone 15 deal; it has the priciest Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plans. Now, another good iPhone 15 deal is offered by T-Mobile, with up to $650 off the phone with trade-in on their Magenta Max plan. Although, if you want to get the most savings you will need to meet certain plan requirements such as having AutoPay enabled and must be on T-Mobile’s 5G network.

The whole thing depends on which carrier’s deal is right based on your needs and preferences, of course. At the end, it goes without saying, you need to assess then benefits and compare the deals before taking your decision.
