Virtual meetups just got a lot easier, thanks to Google announced a new free calendar feature, named Appointment Schedule. Say goodbye to the headaches from trying to schedule.

It allows you to create a shareable link between you and others to book the time with them. You can customize your booking page with your branding and contact information.

When you wish to allocate time to prepare prior to every meeting or when you want to avoid a constant bombardment of inquiries throughout your day. You can control your availability by establishing a Buffer period and a maximum limit on daily bookings, the latter will determine the maximum number of meetings per day, and once that limit is reached, you will be marked as unavailable.

Your appointment schedule will always check your Google Calendar to see if you’re busy so that there’s no overlap with any other meetings you might’ve accepted.
