Kuwait to Introduce Fibre Speeds of 200 Mbps by Fasttelco

FASTtelco, the company owned by Ooredoo Telecom, is considered the first company to introduce innovative digital services in Kuwait and announced the launch of new fiber-optic internet speeds of 200 Mbps within its fiber residential areas in the country.

Those developments make FASTtelco the first internet service provider to launch the new speed in Kuwait, which will allow the customers to experience fast, more efficient, and steady internet.

Hence, fiber-optic infrastructure provides matching upload and download speeds.

The companies media release said the ISP was eager to become the first Internet service provider in Kuwait to offer and provide customers and businesses with high-speed connection by means related to doubling the internet’s speed to reach 200 Mbps.

“The new fiber-optic infrastructure means instant live messaging, faster online gaming experience, more efficient usage of smart home appliances, and seamless video calling,” the company said.

Also, FASTtelco claimed, in the statement, that during the acceleration of life alongside the customers’ continuous need for fast and efficient new services and solutions, more efforts, partnerships, and flexible strategies are required.
