Inhabitr Introduces AI-Powered Furnishing Solutions to the Middle East

Inhabitr, the pioneering AI-powered commercial real estate furnishing platform, has announced its foray into the Middle East, inaugurating new offices and design studios in Saudi Arabia.

This expansion leverages cutting-edge AI technology designed for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), offering a unified solution that includes design, procurement, delivery, installation, and financing. These integrated services can expedite the furnishing process by up to 50% and reduce costs by approximately 30% compared to traditional methods.

Having successfully furnished over 20,000 units across the United States, Inhabitr has demonstrated its versatility in accommodating a diverse array of property types. Its portfolio spans hotels of all scales—from ultra-high luxury to limited-service—as well as offices, multi-family residences, short-term rentals, student housing, and senior living facilities.

A key aspect of Inhabitr’s strategic move into the Middle East is its collaboration with the Saudi-based Alsulaiman Group. This partnership, through Alsulaiman’s subsidiary, Flow Progressive Logistics, bolsters Inhabitr’s capabilities in last-mile delivery and installation across the region. Saud Alsulaiman, CEO of the Alsulaiman Group, expressed enthusiasm for the venture, highlighting the significant value Inhabitr’s AI technology will bring to B2B projects in the Middle East.

Inhabitr’s entry into this market aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which includes major initiatives such as Neom, the Red Sea Project, Roshn, and Diriyah. These projects are part of a broader strategy to enhance the kingdom’s housing, hospitality, and tourism sectors. “Saudi Arabia’s ambitious infrastructure and real estate projects are creating a pressing demand for commercial furniture, a need that our AI-driven platform is well-equipped to fulfill,” commented Jay Rosen, Board Member and Managing Director for Inhabitr Middle East.

Ankur Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Inhabitr, linked the company’s initiatives to Saudi Vision 2030’s goals. “The region is set to invest billions in furnishing in the coming years, and AI will be crucial in delivering these projects on schedule,” Agrawal noted. He emphasized the transformative potential of AI in traditional sectors like FF&E, which can significantly streamline the supply chain and project execution processes.

Further enhancing its customer engagement, Inhabitr has opened design studios in Riyadh. These facilities allow clients to employ digital tools to design and visualize their real estate projects in both virtual and physical formats. This hands-on approach not only enriches the client experience but also underscores Inhabitr’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in the rapidly evolving sector of commercial real estate.
